How do I book?
Please inquire about by filling the inquiry form. We will send you a price and a confirmation of its availability. All payments will be made by bank transfer. Please review our Rental Rules.
Can I smoke in the home?
No, the property is y non-smoking however; you may smoke outside on the patio area. Failure to observe our non-smoking policy will result in additional clean charge being made.
Can I bring my pet?
No, we do not allow pets in the property.

What extras can I add to my booking?
Should you require additional items such as cribs, highchairs, Welcome Food packs etc. these can be arranged once your booking is confirmed. Extra charges for these items are payable in advance.

Can I make special requests?
Yes, we can accept special requests however, these cannot be guaranteed and do not form part of the rental agreement contract. E.g. should you request an early check-in or late check-out, these cannot be guaranteed unless the appropriate fee is paid.

Do I need to bring towels and linens?
All towels & linen are provided with the exception of face cloths. Should you be planning a trip to a local water park or beach, you may wish to bring beach towels.
What can I expect to find in my vacation home?
The property is fully furnished and equipped to ensure that you have a fantastic holiday. The property is cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival and once you depart.
The property is self-catering and include the following:
Bed linens & pillows
All linens & towels (except beach towels)
Cable or satellite TV with DVD/Video player

Fully equipped kitchen with the following:

Please note the property is provided with a start-up supply of 1 toilet roll, shampoo & conditioner per bathroom, 1 heavy duty black trash bag and 1 white kitchen trash bag. Once these items are used, it is the guests responsibility to replenish these. Items such as dish and laundry detergent are not provided.

Do I need to clean the home?
No, you are on holiday. The property is professionally cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. It is equipped with a mop, floor brush and vacuum cleaner should you need to “touch-up” during your stay. We are also able to arrange a mid-stay clean or even a daily maid service at an additional cost.

Is my vacation home close to restaurants & shopping?
Yes, the property is within a 15 minutes walk to local grocery stores, local shops, and 10 minutes by car to local shops, coffee shops, bistro pubs, wine bars and restaurants.

Do I need to leave a security deposit?
Yes, the property is privately owned and therefore we have a responsibility to protect the homeowner’s investment against damage to their property. On arrival, you will be required to leave a security deposit of €3000 in cash or on a major credit card (authorization only). This amount will be returned to you 3 weeks later.

How many people can stay in the home?
The property shows the maximum occupancy which is generally 2 people per bedroom. The maximum occupancy does include children and infants. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we recommend that only 2 people per bedroom occupy the property. The house can accommodate for up to 8 people.

Can I make telephone calls from the home?
No. However, you are welcome to use your cell or mobile phones. However you will have access to wifi.

When can I check-in & check-out of the property?
Check-in & Check-out times are strictly enforced to ensure that we have sufficient time to prepare the property for the next guests. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Should you wish to book an earlier check-in or later check-out, this can only be confirmed 2 days prior to arrival or 2 days prior to departure and is based on availability. An additional charge is made for this. On the day of your departure, it is not necessary for you to return to our office (unless you received keys on arrival), simply place your keys back in the lock-box at the property.
How do I get to the property?
Once your booking is confirmed and full payment has been received, we will send you by e-mail detailed driving instructions to our office, which is where you will need to check-in. If you are arriving after hours, you will need to wait for an agent to welcome you to into the property.
How far will I be from the sea?
Not far, about 10 minutes by car (8 km).
What happens if we have a problem?
Prior to arrival you will receive all of our contact numbers including our out-of-hours emergency number so rest assured you can contact someone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. So whilst you have the privacy & comfort of the property, you receive the service similar to that of a resort or hotel.

Can we use the outdoor kitchen near the pool area?
Yes. You will need to clean up after yourself, so food waste, empty bottles and cans will have to be disposed in the allocated bins. Alternativelly, you are welcome to bring glass and plastic waste to the recycle center near the property.
